做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
