做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
