做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
