做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
