做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
