做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
