做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
