做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
