做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
