做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
