做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
