做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
