做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
