做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
